About me

Hey, I'm Alex, a climate scientist interested in extreme weather events, natural hazards, EO, and uncertainty quantification. I am keen to focus on prediction and forecasting tasks using machine learning for decision-making, combining my knowledge and passions to help others, creating a purposeful and impactful career.

Outside of this, I really enjoy being outside, exploring new places (any excuse to find a new speciality coffee place), and reading - with a real love for translated literature and sociology. I'm also big into trying new things so if anyone has any crazy hobbies please get in contact!
